Ali has an Associate’s degree from Montcalm Community College in Business Development and Management and has worked for over 20 years in a variety of office administration, accounts payable/receivable, and customer relations positions. Notably, she owned and operated a small family business for over 10 years, where she developed a deep understanding of customer service and business strategy.
Ali typically will be the first person you speak to on the phone or interact with at the front desk. She takes pride in providing timely responses, ensuring clear communication and offering a welcoming environment.
Ali grew up in the Howard City area, where she continues to live and raise her family. She has one child, who keeps her busy running to and from school sporting events and dance classes most nights of the week. When she does have down time, she’s usually working on and planning the next expansion of her hobby farm and painting.
